Kid's Church: Family Resources for Studying Joshua

Kid's Church is in year two of our study-though-the-Bible curriculum and we are covering Joshua through the prophets in 2014. On Sunday, Tony Shen spoke about how he would be teaching Old Testament 102 in our Del Rey Bible Institute.  It is so exciting that as adults in our church have an opportunity to study through the Old Testament our children simultaneously will be studying the same material in Kid's Church. We will be covering a child-friendly, family version of Old Testament 102 in Kid's Church in 2014.  Adults you can join the DRBI class and study the Old Testament this semester and then come home and teach it to your families.    Parents, we have such an exciting opportunity to study the Bible with our children.

We encourage parents to use the attached resource and get a copy of The Gospel Story Bible and its companion devotional Long Story Short to study the Bible as a family.  We studied Joshua 1 this past week and the parent resources are below.

I pray you enjoy your study of the Bible with your families.
